Are you ready to take your leadership and the organization to the next level?

Please take a moment to explore the criteria that Vistage Worldwide utilizes to determine if you and your organization are a suitable match to be interviewed for a Vistage Peer Advisory Board.

Fitz has been leading, coaching, and mentoring leaders for over 30 years. She believes that not all individuals are truly prepared to join a Vistage Peer Advisory Board and begin building their leadership mindset, creating great growth strategies, and cultivating incredible cultures that attract top-tier talent.

To ensure members of her Vistage Peer Boards are committed to excellence, Fitz takes the time to really get to know the leaders that come to her and takes them through a process to determine if Vistage is a good fit for you and your organization. (Fitz gets paid NO COMMISSION to appoint members to her board. It's simply her role as the Board Chairman.)

The Process:

  1. Intake Questionnaire: To initiate the process, Fitz asks you to complete an "intake questionnaire." This questionnaire serves as a starting point for Fitz to understand your unique situation and desires.

  2. Information Exchange Meeting: If Fitz recognizes a mutual interest and agreement with you regarding your desire to thoroughly assess Vistage and go through the steps to be selected and awarded a seat, she will schedule a 90-minute "Information Exchange Meeting" with you.

  3. Selection Interview: Upon concluding the "Information Exchange Meeting," Fitz will determine whether it is appropriate to proceed with a selection interview. This interview will last for two hours and provide you with valuable insights into the dynamics of a Vistage Peer Advisory Meeting, helping you determine if it aligns with your goals for personal development and growth.

  4. Decision of Alignment: At the conclusion of the selection interview, both LRS and you will gain a new level of awareness to make a decision. If there is a strong alignment with the desire for change, a willingness to adopt new thinking, and an internal embrace of change within your organization, we can establish a mutually beneficial consulting relationship.

  5. Commitment and Scheduling: When the decision is affirmative, Fitz will guide you through the process of securing your commitment. Together, we will create a roadmap for success and schedule your first one-to-one mentoring/coaching session—an essential step in commencing your transformative journey under the guidance of a seasoned business owner, leader, and executive coach/mentor.

If you are prepared to embark on this transformative journey and discover the true essence of leadership, take the first step by completing the intake questionnaire and let Vistage and Fitz be your trusted guide.
