REGISTER NOW FOR THE PQ / MENTAL FITNESS PROGRAM
Sign up and get on the list to participate in the Stanford's PQ program let by Shizard Charmain- who has completed 30 years of research on how to improve your mental fitness and program your mind's positive intelligence.
This is a six week, self-facilitated course that will demand 90 minutes of your time each week. You will have sixty minutes of "listening to lessons" that are broken up into 2, 5, and 10 minute increments. Then daily you will visit the mental fitness gym (using the PQ app that you download on your phone).
Weekly you will meet up with your POD to discuss your progress. After the six weeks, you will have the choice to continue to do go into the mental fitness gym.
New pods are starting monthly, you will be paired up with four other Vistage members. Just indicate what month would be your first choice and if you have a member that you would like to team up with. I will try to accommodate the scheduling.
